These terms govern your use of kurl. Using the service means you accept them.

1. Acceptable use

kurl is for shortening lawful URLs only. Shortening is rejected or revoked for: malicious/phishing destinations, spam, copyright violations, hate content, doxxing.

2. Shortenable URLs

Public http/https URLs only. Private IPs, localhost, file:// and similar are blocked.

3. Abuse handling

We screen with Google Safe Browsing plus custom bot heuristics. Abusive accounts may be suspended without notice.

4. Availability

Service provided AS-IS without availability guarantees. Operators are not liable for data loss or downtime.

5. Changes

Terms may change with notice via the "Last updated" timestamp and, where possible, email.
